Marshall A. Fogel
Attorney at Law

A Denver native, Marshall is co-founder of the firm. His career has been devoted to building Fogel Keating Wagner Polidori Free, P.C.’s extensive Workers’ Compensation practice. His strong sense of connection with workers comes from many directions including his family and earning law school tuition by working as a laborer with union Local 720. Marshall gained valuable experience as Deputy District Attorney following graduation.

Protecting the rights of injured workers, as well as advocacy on their behalf with law makers, has enabled him to work with members of most unions in Colorado. His work to promote safer working environments has gained the attention and respect of some of the largest employers along the Front Range.
